时隔很长一段时间来到贝宁，这是一次很棒的经历，我决定在贝宁普罗蒂亚酒店住两天，即 2023 年 7 月 14 日至 16 日。在我入住的第二天，一名全副武装的机动警察就出现在我的门口 304 ，敲门问有什么问题吗，我回答说没有，之后他就走了，然后我去卫生间洗澡，大约五分钟的时候，我听到砰的一声敲门。我很害怕，从浴室出来，知道发生了什么事，走到门口，我看到是前台官员 Tega 和一些保安人员，要求我开门，我告诉他们我赤身裸体，我需要一个几分钟后他们一直敲我的门，我赶紧穿上衣服，当我打开门时，我看到特加和武装保安人员要求我从房间到前台，然后我问什么原因，他说真的，我不应该在这家酒店。他以为这是个玩笑或恶作剧，就走开了，带着普罗蒂亚酒店的财务总监 Philip Mbulu 先生回来了。Philip 先生来了，威胁我说我必须离开酒店，否则任何事情都可能发生在我身上。在这里，我问他为什么让我难堪并要我从酒店退房。他说他们对我住在酒店不舒服，我必须退房，然后我提醒他我万豪的钛金会员，他没有权利正确地踢我，因为我没有在酒店构成滋扰。他说我在这里期间可能会发生任何事情，并威胁如果我意外死在房间里他们不会负责。我很害怕，我告诉他如果我在贝宁城期间发生任何事情，他将承担责任。然后他指示立即切断我的灯和水。我打电话给我的律师，告诉他我受到贝宁普罗蒂亚酒店管理层的羞辱和威胁，他让我平静下来，这可能是一个恶作剧，对我来说幸运的是，我的房间里有一个访客正在记录我们的情况，当我们到法庭时它将作为证据。已经一周了，没有人道歉或解释为什么我感到尴尬，现在我已经知道这不是恶作剧，他们还有其他动机。

The spark is beginning to go missing here, which is disappointing given previous stays. The hotel is still clean and well located, but service feels less attentive and slower than before. The overall experience just isn’t as polished but staff remain professional and attentive

Rooms are too small, door and wardrobe are in conflict, stains on duvet, however, staff are exceptional(considering location) professional, nice and handle service calls in a timely way. Great food, nice accessible location.

Fine hotel but small rooms

The hotel was fine. I had assumed all Protea hotels would be the same and having stayed the previous nights in Protea in Warri I was very surprised that my bedroom was quite small.

Overall it was fine. Everyone was friendly of course and helpful.

This was my third vacation in Benin and it was the best hotel out of the others I had tried.

I was super happy with the service and how clean the hotel was. I loved the food and the rooms but I was not happy about some stuff members asking me to tip them on my last day. This was extremely unprofessional.
