TERRIBLE!! DONT STAY HERE
Was only here for a quick trip and only booked to get a few hours of sleep.The bed had stains all over it. The smoke detector had plastic covering it. The curtain and rod were hanging from the wall. The bathroom was dirty and had an eye lash in the sink. There was NO garbage can at all in the room. The window was also shattered. When asked for a new room they moved us to a room that was still dirty no garbage can had clothes in the closet and the air conditioner didnt work. The staff was also very very rude. Hotel REFUSES a refund and will not respond to any emails or phone calls. Will NEVER stay here again and do no recommened it at all!!

房间一进门,床罩上就有红色或橙色的污渍(可能是食物/血迹/无法确定)。毛巾随意地堆在架子上,没有折叠,地上还散落着一些在我们入住前就掉在地上的破布。空调机窗下边缘有糖纸和一根剪断的吸管,墙上还有污渍和脏手印,我用纸巾擦了一下,庆幸它们不是永久性的。这家酒店刚被收购,屋顶也刚换成红色。考虑到新业主还在初期阶段(他们正在维修停车场和建筑外墙的照明,在我们到达后不久才完工),我觉得他们做得还不错,入住时工作人员非常热情友好。我想,如果他们能开个小会讨论一下这些问题,应该就能达到五星级标准了。
工作人员礼貌周到,但有几项要求没有得到满足。首先,电视遥控器不见了。他们说会送一个新的过来,但一直没送来。其次,我要求提供一台风扇。维修人员说会送过来,但我一直没收到。第三,沐浴露是空的。最后,浴室似乎有些地方没有翻新完(可能是马桶比较老旧?)。
房间很不干净。墙上到处都是黑色污渍,地板上满是面包屑,床铺也不干净。厕所也很脏。其中一个房间的门锁都锁不上。我们根本没法住下去,只好另找一家酒店。那里的环境令人作呕,而且非常不安全。到现在为止,我还在等酒店联系我,看能不能退款。
我强烈不推荐这家酒店,他们有臭虫。
床单上有污渍,房间闻起来很脏。地板也很脏,需要好好拖一遍。凌晨3点左右,我们被痒醒,发现床上有臭虫。最后,我们在凌晨3点15分离开了酒店。我跟前台的Alex说了这件事,问他能不能退款补偿,他提出给我们换个房间,但我不想再冒被臭虫咬的风险,所以他说他不知道怎么退款,让我上午11点以后打电话给经理Ken先生。Alex还告诉我,红屋顶酒店很久没有臭虫了。我绝对不推荐这家酒店。
酒店很旧,弥漫着烟味。房间里有股油漆味。浴室的地砖松动,存在安全隐患。洗手池太低。马桶整晚都在漏水。洗手池很脏。看起来最近装修过,很多地方都需要加固。
这家酒店还不错,我唯一不满的就是饮料机总是坏的。他们广告上说有洗衣服务,但实际上并没有;他们还广告上说有早餐,但实际上也没有。
大厅里有微波炉,除此之外,房间干净舒适!毫不犹豫地决定多住几天。
