This place was always my go-to when in Houston for work. First time I’ve been back to this hotel in about 18 months. I’m that amount of time it has become a dirty, run-down, pile of junk. The noise levels inside the room from outside were worse than ever before too. If you stayed here before and it was good, it isn’t now!! Find another place!

The washroom was not clean. I found used soap in the bathroom and the trash bin already had trash in it. I also requested room on first floor since my dad is handicap and can’t walk much but they said the rooms were not clean when I arrived at the hotel at 11:00 pm at night.

Great place to stay with amenities that are truly for family and anyone really that decides to stay there. Staff was great as well.

The hotel staff was wonderful. Rebecca and Harold at the front desk were very helpful and polite. But, the room was lacking. The bed was very uncomfortable, we discovered the blanket had yellow stains on it, and the desk was sticky for some reason...Room 425 needs some work.

没人回信息，也没人帮忙。客服太差了。简直糟透了！
