酒店回复: Our goal is create a comfortable harmonious experience for our guests and it is clear that we have created the opposite for you during your recent visit. I ask that you forgive us for failing to provide you with a seamless hotel stay. During your visit, we did experience a high volume of extensions from guests who’d been in house for longer than 30 nights making it difficult to update their accommodations.I do understand that the update to your stay required a significant adjustment from you and family/friends and hope that our leadership team offered adequate compensation that showcased our care and concern.Your feedback is valid, understood and appreciated. We will continue to grow from here.
