I stayed here in July to celebrate both my birthday and my boyfriend’s, hoping for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, the stay was deeply disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the shower had no hot water. Despite several polite requests, the staff repeatedly told us they would fix it, but nothing was done during our entire stay. The same happened with the room cleaning – even though it was included, we had to constantly ask for it, and it was poorly handled. Worst of all, we were promised a refund due to these ongoing issues, but that never happened. We now genuinely suspect the management was aware of their situation and may have been trying to get as much money as possible before shutting down. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on our experience. It felt like a scam, and the lack of accountability was incredibly frustrating.

The hostel is nice and in good condition. Very nice room with a private outdoor area. The service from the front desk is weak. No smiles, no extra help, information about anything. They don’t have a luggage storage, which is says it does online. They couldn’t help with either earlier check in or luggage storage or late check out.
The Selina’s chain used to be so much better…

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Stress If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing hotel, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. We stayed here for a week and were constantly disturbed by night noise. After 11 PM, it was never quiet — from loud guests arriving late and chatting as if it were midday, to the thin walls that let every sound through. To make it worse, even the reception staff were giving loud tours to new arrivals around 11:30 PM. So much for getting a good night’s sleep. Mornings weren’t any better. We were regularly woken up at 8 AM by arguing cleaning staff shouting in the hallways. No sense of professionalism or consideration for sleeping guests. Despite being there for a week, no one ever cleaned our room. We had to ask for fresh towels ourselves — basic service you’d expect without needing to chase it down. No warm water either,.. And to top it all off, we misplaced our room band (a cheap plastic bracelet), and they charged us €3 to replace it. Really? This hotel was noisy, poorly managed, and unwelcoming. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for rest, comfort, or decent service.

No Toilette paper and soap in the restrooms. Also only cold water for shower. But the concept and excess to pt and groceries are great.

Great location and good facilities. Only complaint is that there are only 2-3 showers and 2-3 toilets for 30 people to use, so they get used quickly. Otherwise, great location and amazing decor with friendly staff
