The room was in good condition. We just had to ask multiple times to get things done. Multiple request to get towels, tooth brushes, our room cleaned etc

Everything was great! The views were perfect! Lots of bars and restaurants within 5-10 mins walking distance. The breakfast was delicious. But what stood out the most was the staff!! Every single staff member was always helpful, smiling and polite!! I will to return to DC and stay specific at this hotel!!

Prompt check in, courteous front desk staff. Clean well appointed room. Good breakfast with 4 waffle makers . Nice variety breakfast options, promptly replenished.
Plan to return next month for family visit.

Everything was cool. THERE IS A 100 DOLLAR INCIDENTAL FEE PER NIGHT, so just keep that in mind before pre-paying. My only real issue was, there were too many issues and unfinished work to my room. The phone didn’t work and tv needed finished installation. They had 4 people at my door to fix one tv. Weird. My company and I were very uncomfortable because it was unexpected. However the front desk guy i checked in with lightskin guy, beard, locs, and glasses . I dont know his name but he had EXCELLENT customer service!! Keep him around.

太糟糕的酒店了，根本睡不着觉！！！所有房间都装有非常吵闹的供暖系统，而且还不能关闭。我向他们抱怨了第一个房间，工作人员很有礼貌地给我换了另一个房间，还提供了耳塞，但不幸的是，这并没有用。我在那里戴着耳塞睡了两晚，但仍然能听到暖气发出的噪音。如果你想正常睡觉的话，我绝对不推荐这家酒店。
