Was there because I was having surgery across the way. So a nice convenient place for my husband to stay and also for me to stay the day I got discharged. Lots of food options nearby, breakfast at the hotel. Only complaint is next door was Mc Donald’s and late at night there were teens/ young ones talking loudly and revving their engines, so woke us up. ( which isn’t in the hotels control).

Great staff, breakfast and hot tub. The bed leaves a lot to be desired. Also the TV system is one of the worst I’ve Expirenced in a Hilton.
If you are coming here to visit Mayo the shuttle service is free and excellent.

I did'nt like the parking very tight spaces.
My room was nice and clean later at night our AC started leaking water. They would fix next day but the dripping was too noisy and had to get moved to another room.

Great property. Great location to MC. Only downfall was the lack of quiet hours. My daughter was trying to rest and recover from a procedure, but traveling baseball teams and other kids continued to make too much noise and banged on doors at all hours of the night.

Liked the basketball court. Didn't like that you had to walk through the parking to get to the pool and basketball court. Bed was a little to firm for my liking.

Some of the employees were a bit rude, we waited about 10 minutes to check in because one of the people were checking in another customer while the other was just standing there talking and on the computer. We also checked out the pool, we weren’t sure where it was, we had asked someone who worked there and she had said to just ask the front desk and walked away. We also had someone from room service come in even though we had put out the “do not disturb” sign on the door.
