The reason I did not rate 5 star. We stayed 3. Nights and we had to keep asking for towels. They cleaned the room but did not restock towels which is crazy.

Most of the staff was great. Room was clean but in need of a few repairs. Hotel was nice and clean.

Gave 1 because our stay was very uncomfortable. The Hotel know they have all these problesm for still renting all the rooms despite the known issues.
Out side temp was 33 and Heater is not working in room. AC vents were full of dust never cleaned. Requested for blanket for sofa bed but they didnt had any. Was told to change room but i couldnt as kids were sleeping complaining abt cold after 9 hr drive.
Floor was dirty and bathroom has dust in all corners. Shower water pressure was terrible.
Maintenance is terrible for this Hotel.

The bedding was stained. The bathroom door was really, really difficult to close because the bottom rubbed against the floor, water was dripping into the elevator, and people were running up and down the hallway at night. The eggs at breakfast were very watery. The juice dispenser didn't work.

Everything was great with the room. Very clean and lots of room. The staff was very helpful and attentive. We really enjoyed the big selection of breakfast items. I used the gym each morning and was pleased with the cleanliness and organization in there.

The bad…Our room was not clean and the fan was loud and ran continuously.
The good…We asked if someone could clean it again and Jay upgraded us for the trouble!
地理位置优越，服务也很棒。早餐价格合理。套房足够大，可以住六个人。
