我和一些好久不见的朋友一起来的，结果惊喜连连！一开始我还半信半疑，觉得这地方好得有点不真实。但它真的非常干净！我们特别喜欢漂流河和所有能俯瞰海滩的泳池，海滩就在旁边，走几步就到了！泳池酒吧也很棒，所有调酒师都特别友善。而且，它离北默特尔（North Myrtle）的小镇中心大概只有三个街区，那里有夜生活、海滩入口、咖啡馆和商店，我们住的那一周几乎都步行出行，玩得很开心！别误会，南默特尔（South Myrtle）也很大，我们也去逛了，但这个区域对我们的姐妹之旅来说，简直太可爱、太有趣了！我会推荐这家酒店，我们还会再来的！:)

First, our check-in experience was a disaster. The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. We were told that we would not be receiving the three-bedroom suite we had booked through *******, and when I explained that I had not been notified of any change, I was essentially accused of lying. I did not receive a call from ******* until around 6 PM on October 24, informing me of the downgrade. The way your staff handled this situation was extremely disrespectful and unhelpful. Blaming me for booking through a 3rd party. If booking a 3rd party is an issue then you should remove your hotel from *******.

After checking in, we were sent to another area to “complete our information.” We were told we could each receive a $100 gift card if we attended a 90-minute presentation about the property. We were shown a list of available gift card options, and we were genuinely excited to participate. Then, without any explanation, the representative named Ken abruptly told us “never mind,” and that we would no longer be eligible for the gift cards or the presentation. This was misleading and a waste of our time. It’s unacceptable to make such offers and then revoke them without reason.

As if that wasn’t enough, the room conditions were completely unsanitary. We found roaches in the kitchen, bugs in the beds, and a few stink bugs attached to our patio. Both the hotel and ******* are refusing to refund. We were given two $25 giftcards from a manager which is like a slap in the face.

Beautiful beach and pool area along with outside area, fire pit, grill, swing and chairs.

Room was great. Client services always checking in if we needed more supplies.

Only issue was parking. Dont know why there doesnt seem to be enough for the amount of rooms.

Otherwise we were very satisfied. A place we would stay again. Came down with friends and relatives. Came to visit my brother who has lived here 20 plus years now. Along with ex co worker who has relocated here. It was a successful visit.

Beach view and hotel were amazing however the bed in my Room was way outdated and extremely hard to sleep on so was the Couch. I stayed here years ago and loved it but the decor and furniture need updating.
