Only thing that wasn’t great was a low beeping sound! Only half of my family could hear it and the other half couldn’t! When I researched what it could be, I finally decided it must be a faulty USB charging port. Other than that the stay was great!

Very nice property. We enjoyed the breakfast. Rooms were nice. We would have liked to have had an exhaust fan in the bathroom because the shower steamed up the room.

Roll Tide! New to Tuscaloosa from Michigan.
The front office staff, the breakfast staff and cleaning staff were all top-notch. The pool is beautiful and a welcome feature with the heat. The location is great- right across the street from the mall and Target. Five or six minutes, depending on where Student lives at university of Alabama. Falling in love with Tuscaloosa! Roll Tide!

We like staying at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tuscaloosa-University by IHG. The property/rooms are always clean, the staff is friendly, we feel safe in the area. It's an all around great place to stay.

Hotel seemed clean but room felt dirty. Was very humid in the room and sheets felt damp. Found a hair on mg sheets . Bathroom floor was dirty. There was a random black washcloth on the bathroom vanity with hair on it. This hotel has white towels and linens .
