The staff at the Omni were definitely top notch. Everyone we came in contact with was very hospitable and welcoming. The facilities were in great shape, clean, updated and very comfortable. We hope to visit again.

After 40 years in hospitality I have to share that Omni gets it right! Every single staff member greeted us with a smile and willingness to make our day better. The housekeeping staff went beyond to fix a problem caused by my family and did so quickly, thoroughly and kindly. Can’t praise them enough!! The food both at breakfast and outside at the Boughy cafe was delicious and reasonably priced for a resort.
We have stayed at the Westin and Hilton and the Omni has them beat by far! Our room was also lovely! Couldn’t recommend the Omni more! We’ll be back next year!

搞定房间之后，我们的入住体验还算不错。第一个房间有霉味，第二个房间的床垫弹簧硌得我们后背生疼，第三个房间又有霉味。最后第四个房间终于让我们满意了——没有霉味，床也很舒服。前台工作人员在我们解决问题的过程中非常有耐心。
大堂的迎宾碗里总是摆放着水果。
我们觉得Omni酒店在度假费方面有点斤斤计较，除了房费之外，我们离开的时候还被额外收取了几百美元。
我们很喜欢每个房间都有的小厨房（这也是我选择这家酒店的原因之一）。
我在The Market超市使用免费咖啡券的时候，有几个员工态度不太好。
健身房设施齐全，我们需要的应有尽有，包括动感单车、坡度行走机、自由重量器械、干净的毛巾、瑜伽垫、药球等等。
虽然我们没有带宠物，但我们注意到很多顾客都带了狗。
酒店入口很漂亮。除此之外，网上的照片都是骗人的，酒店外观简直破败不堪。员工倒是很友善。房间有一些小问题，比如床架磨损严重，看起来像是经历过一些风吹雨打。就这个价钱来说，这里不值。度假村的氛围荡然无存，如果你想在酒店用餐，每人至少要花50美元。我们最后提前离开了，因为在这里根本无法放松。而且我们也没能拿回退款。这大概是我们最后一次去希尔顿黑德岛了。
员工和服务设施都很棒！这家酒店（和很多酒店一样）进行过一定程度的翻新。但是，考虑到这家度假村的名气和投入，我原本期待翻新工程能做得更好。例如，房间的油漆很差。我们到达时，马桶坏了，客厅漏水，房间里还有一股霉味。
但是，除了房间以外，其他一切都很棒！
房间非常实用。唯一不足之处是刚进门时有一股味道（可能是因为房间通风不好）。打开空调后就好多了！
浴室需要翻新一下。
另外，我给酒店提个建议，并非批评，但建议把电梯到房间的地毯换成瓷砖。这样更方便拖拉行李箱，而且每个楼梯口都应该增设坡道，方便我们搬运行李，也方便轮椅通行。
无水景房
我们想要一间水景房，但没能订到。阳台正对着停车场，真是糟糕透了。
很多地方需要维护和维修。不过，一切都很干净，工作人员也非常乐于助人且友好。
