My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! It was clean, quiet and convenient to dining and shopping as well as close to the Riverbank’s Zoo. We would definitely stay again.

Overll it's a nice hotel. My biggest complaint was the bed!!!! The bed had a freaking sink hole in it! I called to see if we could get another room and was told they had no more suites. We were so uncomfortable that night! They could do a little better with the cleaning. There were a few spots on the floor by the door that was over looked by the mop. There were some stains on the couch and the ironing board was nasty! Would I stay again......probably not.

Carpets throughout the rooms, hallways, & fitness center are horribly smelly and overpowering attempts to cover up the smell making it worse. Parking lot is atrocious.

I likes the property. It has a nice design. It is central to everything you might want to do from movies and dining to shopping. However, if you are looking for peace and quiet you won't find it there: very loud music, and talking until late at night, every night.

The room was clean and in order. The bed was comfy and the staff was friendly. Food options are walking distance from the hotel.

The pothole situation in the parking lot is dire. Though that's the only negative.

We stayed 3 nights and 4 days. Every staff member was efficient, kind and professional. Southern hospitality was a five out of five. The hotel itself is very quiet. You wouldn’t realize that anyone else was staying in the hotel. The room is very nice. My only complaint is there was no hand soap of any kind to wash your hands with so we had to use the body wash in the shower to wash our hands at the sink.
