the room that we first got when we check in was not even clean yet. The bed wasn't comfortable and the blankets were so thin.

When I checked out, they could not give me a receipt, or even tell me how much I’d been charged! Very unsettling. Motel was very dated . Bath tub had a big crack, carpets in hallways were old and soiled, door to the outside (midway) warped and rotting wood. It was just kind of depressing.

I did need a place to stay, so that was good. It was convenient to my destination (17 minutes). I was on the 2nd floor. No elevator. Stairs had debris and were dirty all 3 days I was there, so that told me they never vacuum. Stains on the carpet in the hallway, but the room was OK. Some minor things like patching in the tub, not SUPER clean, but the beds were decently comfortable and pillows nice. A/C worked but seemed colder than what I set it at. Didn't try breakfast. I thought it was weird the sink for the bathroom was DIRECTLY at the door to come in to the room. Definitely NOT the value I paid for a room. Was VERY high for the event I attended because of lack of hotels for this.

Property is need of a major update. Rooms were dirty, exposed drywall, stained linens etc. Continental breakfast was absolutely pitiful. I am surprised Super 8 lets their name be branded .

Absolutely awful. Filthy. Locks broken on exterior doors. No front desk staff. Rooms dirty, linens pathetic. No breakfast food. Loud. Overall disgusting. Halls filthy, floors dirty. I would never stay in a super 8 again!

If they are away from the desk we do have a phone on the counter with a sign that says dial "0" for assistance. Our breakfast consists of: yogurt, juice, milk, instant oatmeal, muffins, 2 breads, 2 cold cereals, bananas, pancakes and waffles, coffee, hot chocolate, and tea. This is available every day from 5am-9am. Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate it.

No laundry or ice machine on my floor . There was an empty room where it was supposed to be. Not sure if there was one on another floor. Smells funny. Breakfast looks to be waffles and bananas. Staff was nice. Bed was very uncomfortable. (Rm 227) stayed a prior night (rm 231) and bed was ok. Exterior door wasn’t keycard protected. Cannot stream from phone to tv. No updated outlets for phone charging. Rooms could use some patches and paint.

酒店回复: We unfortunately do not have laundry services available at this time as our washer broke. We do have an ice machine on our first floor by the middle entrance. Our breakfast consists of: yogurt, juice, milk, instant oatmeal, muffins, 2 breads, 2 cold cereals, bananas, pancakes and waffles, coffee, hot chocolate, and tea. The beds are the same in all our rooms. We do apologize if they seem different. Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate it.
