The front desk allowed us to check in early, which was greatly appreciated with small children that had long travel. Unfortunately, our first room was quite smelly, but they quickly accommodated us within immediate room change. The staff was very attentive and both rooms were very clean the first one just had a very strong smell

The bed was rock hard, the room was gross, the morning staff was rude. When i say rude. I mean she yelled at me the first interaction i had with her. She was so rude i tried to find a separate hotel for my second week of my business trip, i was able to change my.room and brought my own coffee pot to avood her. It was a horrible experience.

Staff was very nice and followed up with us throughout our 2 day stay to make sure everything was going good. The hotel and rooms were very clean. Hot tub and pool were in excellent condition. We (wife and I) would definitely stay at this hotel again. Thanks for the great service.

酒店非常干净，食物也很棒。我特别喜欢早餐。如果你们去那里，我绝对推荐选择包含早餐的房间。
