The room was gross, hot and smelled like sweaty old men. There was a large gap under the door and the room was dirty.

The room was decent, but not the cleanest. There were some unknown stains/spots on the walls and door. There was hair in the tub. The hallway smelled very strange. And the pool area smelled so strongly of chlorine it burn our eyes.

工作人员非常友善和热情。大堂里氯气的味道非常刺鼻，泳池区域更是糟糕透顶。我们待在泳池区域不到5分钟，就因为氯气开始出现皮疹，呼吸也变得困难。房间条件也不太好，一个坏掉的插座让我轻微触电。房间角落里有一把看似被卡在墙边的椅子，脚凳部分有水渍之类的东西（我们没敢碰那把椅子，它看起来已经很旧了，或者说快要散架了）。门上的安全锁是坏的，禁烟房间的窗帘上有烟头烫的痕迹，而且窗帘也很难拉严。浴室门挡是坏的，浴帘太小，导致洗澡水溅得到处都是，以至于地垫都无法阻止地面形成一个小水坑。我们两个住两晚，却只给了3条毛巾。幸好我总是自带毛巾。不过，我们在彻底清洁消毒之后，按摩浴缸用起来还是很棒的。床铺非常舒服。早餐也不错。第二天早上10点开始，持续不断的敲击声一直响到不知道什么时候（我们实在受不了了，中午左右就开车去了好时乐园）。第一天下午4点我们第一次注意到敲击声，6点半的时候因为噪音太大，我们出去吃了晚饭，晚上9点半左右才回来。第二天（也就是第二天早上）噪音再次开始的时候，我们才发现原来是隔壁三个房间正在施工铺地板。
我们住在那里的当晚，在卧室地板上看到了这个（看起来像吐出来的糖果——真恶心！！），我第二天报告了这件事，但他们什么也没做。他们说我应该在我们办理入住时就报告，但我直到准备睡觉时才看到。他们没有道歉，也没有对这种情况承担任何责任。我给他们发了邮件，但他们甚至都没有回复。
房间很干净，按摩浴缸也很棒，我还用了浴球！我和女朋友在这里住了两晚，非常愉快！我们是来赫尔希玩的，以后一定会推荐给别人！
千万别来这个酒店 入住体验巨差 和motel没什么区别 房间全是灰尘 洗手台上都是水垢 浴缸都没打扫干净 特别恶心 早上六点就跑路了 太离谱了
太脏了。有股味儿。电视不能用。无线网也不能用。卫生纸架从墙上掉了下来。塑料踢脚线是用订书钉固定的。早餐很廉价。诸如此类的问题不胜枚举。而且它位于宾夕法尼亚州哈里斯堡市郊，每晚竟然要235美元。真不敢相信温德姆/华美达对旗下的酒店管理得这么差劲。
服务非常好，但是我们在凌晨 3 点被旅客吵醒，他们对正在睡觉的人毫无尊重，他们再也无法入睡，而且说话声音很大。🥲
游泳池和健身房，加上早餐，很不错的
