Pool was closed all 4 days of my stay, ended up having to pay for an extra day that we didn’t even get to stay for bc they checkout at 11 and we work night shift so paid an extra 110$ not to stay. Water pressure in shower ****** and rooms could use extra cleaning I found other people’s belongings under the bathroom sink which tells me they didn’t sweep very good.

酒店回复: I apologize our pool has been having mechanical issues. All of our rooms including yours have been discounted significantly To adjust. Also, its common practice for most hotels to have a 11am check out. We do allow late check outs upon request. I will be talking to my housekeeping supervisor immediately About the cleanliness of your room. Finding other peoples belongings is unacceptable and not common here at BW Lindsay. On behalf of our entire team, We apologize for not meeting the standards.

Very nice place with a great and helpful staff. Christina and Caroline are great. Breakfast is good and the rooms are clean. This was my fourth stay and I plan to return. I need to make a minimum of 200 characters so here are the rest...........

I really enjoyed my stay at the Lindsay Hotel. The Manager, Lisa, is great to work with and the staff are appreciated and it shows! I have never seen a hotel run like this, they are like a family and the mutual respect goes a long way and it reflects on the customers stay. Please keep doing what you are doing team - PHENOMINAL Stay!!! Thank you!

Everyone was very attentive and friendly. The breakfast served was great and the food area were kept clean. Our room was nice and clean as well. They provided daily staff for our players which was so sweet. I would most certainly stay here again.

Breakfast was amazing it was hot and fresh. The waffles were delicious and the room was so clean and smelled amazing . The housekeepers were so nice and friendly. Even the front desk ladies were so nice and helpful

We normally stay with Best Western-Lindsay on a regular basis when we take a trip to see our kids/grandkids in Lindsay, Ok. Tiffany, one of the employees is very helpful and kind. They do their best to accommodate us each time. The rooms are always clean and if there is something not right they will take care of it. Very comfortable, quiet and breakfast is always good.
