We had a pleasant stay and room was nice. Our check in was easy but the staff were not very good with pleasant customer service, such as a nice greeting. Other wise check in was good.

The hotel is outstanding in every way. Not sure if it’s new but if not it has been newly remodeled with large walk-in shower and very comfortable bed. The Continental Brekfast was amazing as well.

WD-40 on the door of the room would have made the experience of staying here a lot easier. Check-in was great. Easy breezy. Took 5-6 minutes of pushing down w all my body weight to finally get into the room. Then, when I was trying to leave, the door lock would not fully disengage. After about 5-7 mins was out. Was able to get in later w no issues but the next morning when I was taking a shower the fire alarm went off. The staff was very nice just not my jam.

Bad service
For the price it was good. First day toliet overflowed and when i went to the front desk to report it the lady gave me a plunger and towels and told me to clean it up.
