I will not review the staff but will review the property. Worst bed ever. Neither of us slept the bed was slipped foot to head and was rock hard. Pillows were the worst.

Upon entering office area, I was met with an overwhelming smell of roach spray. The young lady at the desk was quite unfriendly, acted bothered that I’d shown up: “Your room is over here (motioned over shoulder), hot breakfast over there”. Exterior room doors. Very dark, deserted parking lot. I had to pull into parking spaces and shine headlights to read room numbers. Very difficult to lock deadbolt. Room smell is best described as ancient smoker who probably had 30 indoor cats/wet dogs. I’m not a large person but the metal coils in the mattress creaked when I sat on the edge of the bed. Lukewarm shower at best but for travelers looking, this is a tub/shower combo. Empty toilet paper roll and the first tissue I pulled from the box had orange-reddish oily substance on it. The only room perks were the Seattle’s Best coffee pods. I slept with lights on to hopefully keep the roaches at bay but, alas, this one on the mirror this morning has proven me wrong. I will forgo the hot breakfast. I’m puzzled as to how this hotel has received such wonderful reviews.

We had a pleasant stay and room was nice. Our check in was easy but the staff were not very good with pleasant customer service, such as a nice greeting. Other wise check in was good.

The hotel is outstanding in every way. Not sure if it’s new but if not it has been newly remodeled with large walk-in shower and very comfortable bed. The Continental Brekfast was amazing as well.
