We were visiting my daughter who lives in the Portland area so we didn't spend much time in the room but the hotel was clean, and the people were very friendly and helpful.

we needed a wheelchair accessible room for deaf and blind. they gave us a second floor room. One of us used the room one night of our stay and asked at the front desk for a first floor room with two queens. They gave us a one king room on first floor and offered us an exxtra night free. when I checked us out Sunday night, they told me I had to pay an extra $165. The lady at the front desk did not know about the promised extra night, and thought we were being rude. She did not understand deaf, so it was difficult to talk to her. She would not listen to me.

The room booked was not a wheelchair accessible ADA room. Upon your arrival, we were unable to provide an ADA as the property was sold out. The next day, we were able to move you into a ground floor room, however we do not have a two queen ADA room at this property. We gave you a King with a sofa bed instead. Staff states that you were not offered an extra free night. The room was booked for 7 nights, and you extended one more night. The error was not on our part, and we were able to do our best to accommodate you.

Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel’s hardware and fixtures are okay. The room services had the room for improvement. bathroom had no soap, no face towels. This hotel provided continental breakfast with few items. It did not have real butter, only margarines.

Property has things in rooms that badly need replacing and make it look less than desirable. Such as lamp shades are ripped.. if budget is so tight for these items overlooked… what else is not being taken care of. Staff are very friendly and great. Breakfast was ok. On the light side though.

Room smelled stale, old smoking rm I think. Site has no elevator. Shower dispenser was out of soap and shampoo.

Never Again!
I was SO disappointed in this Days Inn. I really felt like I was staying at a Motel 6, with the Motel 6 price! The condition of the room was so bad, the door, the bathroom, the flooring, the fridge, the couch, the towels... everything was so run down and really needed to be replaced. Also, they put some metal sheet around the bottom of the bed, so every time you climbed in or out of bed you "banged" this metal sheet which made a bunch of noise!
It just wasn't a pleasant, and I felt lucky that we actually didn't spend much time there. I will not be staying here again.

The pool was very nice. It is bigger than most hotel pools and was never crowded. The rooms was not emaculate but clean . My company computer blocked the us of the wify. Not a good sign for the safety of the wyfi. Breakfast was basic but okay.

Our bathroom had blood all over it upon arriving, talked to front desk and they didn’t seem pleased to even deal with us. The cleanliness of this hotel was horrible. After traveling on a plane to get here the stay was very unfortunate and staff was not helpful.

The lobby of the hotel as nice. The room however, was run down. The furniture was worn and should have been replaced. The door to the bathroom had wall paper on it, that was torn and tattered. The plumbing in the toilet was broken. I had to remove the lid to the toilet and adjust the flushing mechanism every time I flushed. I was there for two days. I asked to be compensated for my stay. The person at the desk said I had to speak with *******.
