Found a very large roach climbing up the wall inside. The pool couldn’t be swam in because a window was “Left open and the pool is currently full of bugs.” The staff however were super kind. Also the beds were like sleeping on bricks.

The beds were hard as a rock, breakfast was terrible and the creamer was spoiled. Was told my family couldn't even have a drink by the pool I will never stay there again

Great visit...we will be back!
Leah and the staff at Baymont were amazing. They were friendly and accommodated any requests we had. My daughter loved swimming in the pool and the hot breakfast was great too! We will definitely be back.

I could not bring myself to unpack the stuff for my bag or to get into the bed and I knew for sure there's no way I was getting in the shower in the morning at this hotel. No surfaces had been cleaned thoroughly and some with thick dust. It was a dirty disposable dish maybe a fast food place on the floor under a table. The floor did not appear to be vacuumed. The tile floor in the bathroom was sticky. There were hairs in the bed, the bathtub, vanity. Mold. The pillow pillows were either flat or felt like they were full small balls. I did not ask for a different room or refund. I just left.

It was ok for one night but my kids and I left with bed bug bites. We didn’t have them before we arrived so I can only assume that’s where they came from. Otherwise it was an average hotel with friendly staff.
