The room smelled like mold and felt damp. The walls were stained with dirt. The bathroom light wouldn't stop flickering. The fan was incredible loud in the bathroom. The room looks nothing like pictures advertised. I did immediately leave and am in a refund process.

The staff at this hotel were so kind and helpful! I was a little disappointed in the breakfast options but otherwise enjoyed my time in Broken bow!

Staff was very nice.
Cleanliness was just Ok.
No elevator to 2nd floor.
Reserved a 2 queen bed room. No bottom sheet on one of the beds. When I went to front desk my options were 1….they could give me a sheet to put on myself or 2….move to a new room.
So we moved to a new room on the 2nd floor. That is when I found out we had to carry our luggage up stairs. No elevator.

RELAXING STAY
THE BREAKFAST CHOICES WERE AWESOME. THERE WAS SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE.. EVEN THE PICKY EATERS. ONE OF BEDS HAD A DIRTY OR STAINED BLANKET THAT MY GRANDDAUGHTER FREAKED OUT ABOUT.. OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS A VERY NICE STAY. WE ENJOYED IT. ALSO WE ENJOYED SEEING THE DEER OUT BACK OF THE HOTEL THAT WAS HANGING AROUND.

DISGUSTING!
The bathroom had mold on the walls and ceiling. The walls were dirty in the room, the carpet stunk. Hallways smelled like mold. The "continental breakfast" had prepackaged muffins, waffles and yogurt. The pool burned my kids eyes and private parts. And why would you put mirrors above the beds? This place is just disgusting. The staff was nice, although very casual with no dress code, that's the only thing they had going for them.

They could have did better with our bed,was like sleeping on the ground(hard) and the room had a smell.(mildew

Smells dank and old, found out why…mold growing on the walls, walls are stained and horrible, outlets in the wrong places and falling out of the wall, bathtub drain has visible black mold in it with no stopper
十二点到达后，服务员面无表情。说两点后才有房。想上个厕所，说厕所现在搞的一团糟，暂时不能用。三点后回来办理入住有了点笑脸，晚上要了个毯子态度还好。早餐基本没什么吃的。我们8点50下来吃饭只有几个冷掉的甜甜圈，两杯酸奶，一点牛奶。房间里面设施有点老，我们要求不高，也还算干净。
