Avoid the location like the plague. Even the staff is sketchy, and people were milling around the parking lot. I could not sleep, felt unsafe, and it was noisy. I will never book with Red Roof Inn in the future.

Absolutely terrible. One of the dirtiest hotels I’ve seen. Tried to get them to refund my money and they denied.

PArking was fairly easy, no issues there. Area is a little sketchy. AC worked. Half of the lamps in the room did not have any lightbulbs, the mini fridge was set to freezing when I arrived, and the TV was basically unusable for the entire week long stay. Still, overall room was decent, and staff were available to help when I needed it.

We booked the property about an hour before we arrived. When we saw the property (around 7:00 pm) there wasn't a single car in the lot. Much more concerning was a group of about 8 men loitering in the parking lot. My husband and I were in separate cars and we drove past, unwilling to even pull in the parking lot. No way would we have stayed there...very unsafe. Unfortunately, I notified them immediately that we wanted to cancel our reservation, but they would not. Not happy, but wasn't going to risk our safety.

We didn’t even end up staying bc it was so sketch and Terribly overpriced for the location and condition of the hotel. The pics do not depict the true condition at all.

Check in and check out was easy. The grounds were dirty. People hanging around and asking for change. Privacy curtains wouldn't completely closed. Room was warm even though AC was down as low as it could go. It won't stay again

Everything was good. The remote control volume button didn't work and I had one dirty wash cloth. But those two things are minor.

obviously have homeless people in back of building --- i never think mixing homeless housing and travel hotel guests is a wise business decision --- one or the other.
