Just checked and I immediately regret booking this hotel. This hotel looks disgusting. I feel disgusted even laying on this bed. As you walk in, you can tell no one cleans the place. The carpet is nasty. Walls are nasty.
In the room, the floor is disgusting. The window was beyond nasty- I literally had to clean it myself because of the smears of unknown liquids. The hotel room looks like a remodel was attempted and then stopped halfway through. The trim on the door is literally just on the wall. The toilet moves when you sit. The toilet is white but the shower is yellow.
If you would just clean the damn place, it would make a HUGE improvement. This place looks neglected. My family has just made comments about “another thing” they’ve found wrong here. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I’m actively looking for another hotel while I’m sitting here.

The room AC and heater worked great. Plenty of hot water in the shower and at the sink. I rarely heard anyone in the hallway, and I was far enough away from the elevator that I couldn't hear it opening and closing.
My only problem was the in-room coffee maker didn't work. It would heat the water, but instead of pushing it through the filter to the cup it would bubble out the sides of the lid.

Outside was trashy. I picked up litter every time I walked in the door. Hallway floors were absolutely filthy. Elevator was dirty and made a very very awkward sound.
Room was acceptable in comparison.

The room was terrible. There were cracks in the wall, paint peeling, the carpet was torn, the bathroom shower head had black mold. The phone jack wasn’t attached to the wall just hanging. This was the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed in. IHG should close this hotel down.

Door on outside broke, deadbolt on door doesn't work, bathroom door wouldn't shut, dirty hall and room. Woke at 3a to cockroach in bathroom. Left shortly after and slept in car. Management doesn't seem to care.

My recent stay at was not just disappointing, it was genuinely shocking, disgusting, and borderline hazardous. The room we were in should have never been rented out in this appalling state.
Management Knew and Failed to Act
The issues began with a noticeable, foul smell of mold and mildew the moment we walked in. The management clearly knew about this health hazard, as there were multiple air fresheners hanging throughout the room in a pathetic attempt to mask the odor instead of addressing the source of the contamination.
We contacted the front desk in the evening and spoke to an attendant who promised to speak with the manager about switching our room or providing a solution. No one ever came to our room, called us, or followed up with any options whatsoever. This confirmed the hotel's complete lack of care and disrespect for guest safety.
Unsanitary and Damaged Room Conditions
The physical condition of the room was just as horrifying:
Flooded, Contaminated Showers: The shower curtain rod was half-ripped off the wall, creating an approximately two-foot gap. Worse, the tub did not drain at all. Every time we showered, the filthy water, mixed with visible residue from the previous guest (on the tub floor/walls), rose up over our feet. We were standing in a pool of contaminated water—a severe health risk.
Broken Toilet: The toilet seat was broken and loose, shifting dangerously to the right or left every time someone sat on it.

I booked a suite w jacuzzi tub at this location because it was stated pet friendly online. My wife and I were on our way to our honeymoon and this was the first stop. I arrived and they told me that room didn’t allow pets (pet friendly?). The employee told me I could downgrade and get a refund. I accepted. When i contacted ******* they said my refund was denied by management. I called hotel and they said they would approve when ******* called them back. ******* has been unable to contact the hotel for a week about this. The manager is purposely not answering the call it seems. Hint’s “crooked management!” It wasn’t a lot of money that was getting refunded, it was just the fact that these people lied and deceived me from the start and that’s what gets me!!!!

Had to do three room changes. The first the nonsmoking room smelled like smoke and ashes all over the bed. Second smelled like smoke and the TV was damaged. Third smelled like smoke, dirty and roaches. The parking lot had a bunch of activity. Just not safe or clean.
