We arrived late and the staff was a bit frazzled since she is the only person there for airpoirt pick up and the minding the check in. But she was nice and the stay is good

Front office staff was always friendly, courteous and helpful. Usually, hotel rooms have either a floral or striped bedspread. However, our rooms had a white coverlet type of bed cover. The white made the room brighter, it felt cleaner than the usual bedspread. Very comfortable, location was perfect for visiting Albuquerque attractions- zoo, aquarium, botanical gardens, Old Town, etc.
