Construction was going on in the room below ours at 9:00pm. The workers were playing loud music, so we called the front desk and asked for a different room, or to at least aske the workers to turn down the music. We got a call back saying that there were no other rooms, and that the construction was authorized, so there was nothing they could do. We decided to check out immediately! The desk clerk apologized, and she said the charges on our credit card would be removed the next morning. They were not. I am now disputing the charges. Please think twice before staying at this hotel!

My husband I are in bed at 8:30 pm. I know that’s not late but we drove 10 hours today and have 4 more long days ahead. There is hotel construction on as I write this. My walls are vibrating and there is drilling, hammering and who knows what else. The workers are also blaring music. I called the front desk and was told they are allowed to work until 9:00. Seriously?! I asked him to please make them stop. We will see if that happens. While we love the updates to this hotel (we’ve stayed many times), I shouldn’t have to deal with this. The A/C unit sounds like a jet plane is taking off so we are unable to use it. The shower handle fell off during my shower. We did have friendly check in and nice service in the restaurant.

Our initial room had a very noisy heat/AC unit so we asked to move to a different room and were accommodated. The room was clean, bed comfortable. Nice view of mountainside. Only two sets of hand towels wash clothes so use same for hands/face and face/body. No plastic bag for laundry which I count on to separate dirty clothes from clean. Breakfast wasn’t free but was okay—didn’t opt for buffet at $15 each but ordered from a menu. The waitress could best be described as “surly.” Unable to purchase a bottle of water for the road on departure. Hotel is currently undergoing major renovation. Complimentary room amenities are limited to soap, shampoo, body wash, lotion. Lots of restaurants within a short drive.

The service here is outstanding! Jonathan, the front desk manager, us phenomenal. He was able to give us an upgrade which he informed us we were eligible for. First time customer service offered without me asking! He and Jenna go out of their way to be hospitable. The hotel is clean, rooms are nicely furnished. They are in the process of upgrading and refurbishing the rooms. But it has not interfered with the great environment and service offered. This is completely due to the attitude of the staff from the cleaning crew to the restaurant and most notably to the front desk. Way to go Johnathan and hotel staff!

We stayed here overnight for a wedding. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The check-in clerk, Lily, was extremely helpful and checked us in to a newly refurbished room that was beautiful. She answered all of our questions with a smile.
