But there is also 2 more tables and chairs in the lobby right outside the breakfast area. The issue with the computer system was out of our control, occasionally the system does go down for multiple different reasons. We do apologize for the issues you had with the room situation and i can offer you a partial refund for that. I will be issuing it in the next few minutes.

As far as your receipts you were on a prepaid reservation, when you prepay through ******* you pay them with your credit card and they pay us with a virtual credit card so there is no receipt for us to give you. When you check out ******* automatically emails you a receipt. You should have them in your email. With the front desk situation we are short staffed and the person you dealt with is new, only been here a few weeks. We do apologize for that issue.

不小心订错了。无法沟通,不退款,也没有英语服务。
这里非常尊重客人。工作人员都很守规矩,不会打扰你。玩得很开心。员工都很爱干净。早餐也不错。一切都很完美。真的很有趣。我玩得很开心,在房间里跑来跑去,在走廊里穿梭,上下楼梯,乘坐电梯。这里非常适合带孩子来。
办理入住时电脑系统崩溃了。我预订了一间带特大床的房间,结果订不到。酒店给了我一间带两张大床的房间。最后我订了一间带一张大床的房间,位于一楼,靠近停车场,而且吸烟区很多。没有饮水机可以接水瓶。早餐区只有两张小桌子和八把椅子。房间地板很脏。房间里只有一盏灯能用。迷你冰箱和空调噪音很大。真可惜。这家酒店及其管理层可以而且应该做得更好。
这次旅行我已经第二次住在这里了——一周前的第一晚还好一些,但总的来说,这地方感觉有点脏——地毯闻起来像老公寓楼一样,一股霉味——电梯吱吱作响,像是需要维修,而且电梯入口的门槛很脏——最好打扫一下。第二天晚上,我住的那层楼里有人吵闹,一直吵到凌晨1:15——对于一个住宿设施来说,这太糟糕了。
床单上有烧孔和污渍,床头板很脏,不得不和沾满咖啡渍的床头柜一起清洗,床罩上还有香烟烧的洞。看起来好像是装修过,但却没有好好保养。另外,特大号床上应该配特大号枕头,而不是看起来像双人床的枕头或靠垫。房间里甚至连一个挂外套的衣帽钩都没有。
可疑
前台人员花了两个小时寻找已预订的房间,却找不到。我当天预订的房间价格是几周前预订的两倍。语言障碍非常严重,前台人员缺乏系统培训。他们没有给我带编号的收据,而是给我打印的预订单,但并没有支付任何费用。我入住和退房时都要求找经理,但两次都没有经理。我吸取了教训,以后再也不会在那里订房了。
这绝对是我遇到过的最差劲的酒店。脏乱差,令人沮丧。从脏兮兮、污迹斑斑的大堂家具,到床上的面包屑,再到被子上烟头烫过的痕迹,再到令人作呕的淋浴间。其中一张床上甚至铺着一块看起来像是泡沫塑料的东西,而不是毯子。管理层贴在墙上的“警告”小纸条也帮不上什么忙。简直糟透了。一定要躲开,就像躲避瘟疫一样(你很可能会在那里感染瘟疫)。
我们提前一天晚上到,问他们有没有房间可以租。前台的人拒绝查看。他说现在是午夜,房间正在打扫。我说如果你没有房间,那没关系,不过你能不能去电脑上看看。他说不用了。我哥哥说没关系,我们换一家酒店吧。我说没关系,不过我得在那里待着,过了今晚就不回来了。前台的人说这样最好。
