这家酒店看起来住的长期住客比实际入住的客人还多。我们的房门像是被人踹开的，额外的安全锁也坏了。房间里弥漫着尿骚味，而且非常潮湿。浴巾根本晾不干，放在行李箱里的衣服最后都湿透了。水泥走道坑坑洼洼，风化严重。酒店内外都非常破旧。房间本身倒是还算干净，但地毯缺了好几块。踢脚线之前换过，但一直没修整好，跟原来的踢脚线不匹配。我拍了照片，欢迎随时联系我。早餐的食材每天早上都不会补充，都是前一天的剩菜。大堂倒是挺干净的，但是椅套应该掖好，这样我们才不会知道上面盖着椅套。
不过，工作人员倒是挺有礼貌的，入住和退房也都很顺利。
这家酒店的母公司真应该关门大修。虽然价格低廉，但连汽车旅馆的标准都达不到。房间部分翻新过，也算干净：客房服务人员很尽责，但酒店外观实在糟糕。空调漏水，水泥地面破损，门窗和走廊都很脏，公共区域一片狼藉——比如泳池边的玻璃房/小屋，甚至大堂里还有枯死的植物。
我住过戴斯酒店很多年了，但这次我绝对不会再来了。
价格合理，服务周到
价格合理，提供全套早餐，而且早上6点就开始营业了。虽然周边环境不太好，但我们没有遇到任何安全问题。房间和浴室都很干净。
唯一不好的是冰箱不能用，而且浴室的窗帘有一股尿味。
设施不错，但是早餐越来越差了。
