The front dest staff was very friendly and we were able to check in quickly.
Upon turning down the sheets, both beds did not have clean sheets. The beds looked like housekeeping had just made up the beds instead of changing the sheets. There was a q-tip on the floor at the foot of one bed. The bathroom was spotless and very clean. Because it was late when we checked in, and we were exhausted from our long drive, we decided to just sleep on top of the beds, and did not contact the front desk or housekeeping. Needless to say, neither of us sleept very well.
There were many choices available for breakfast; make your own waffle, sausage, gravy, eggs, biscuits, cereal, yougart, muffins, and fruit to name some. The only issue that I had was that they were totally out of knives (that made eating my waffle quite messy). The young man in the kitchen was working hard to get everything set up, and he was very friendly and helpful to address any of our questions or needs.

The minute you open the door, there's a bad odor. Also, TV didn't work. Called front desk and Autumn said she would contact maintenance and call me back. She never called back. Poor service. Breakfast, there were no pastries.

My room needs a deep clean!!! In the bathroom, there is a crevice behind the baseboard where dirt has accumulated. It is filthy! Also, there are marks on shower wall and basin wall.

Staff was exceptional. Autumn at the front desk was smiling, happy and very professional, after a long drive she was a gem to deal with. The gentleman handling the breakfast was friendly and very attentive to make sure the food items were kept filled and tables clean. The room needed work. First room we found shower curtain pulled completely out of the wall and laying on the floor. Second room was ok but it needed some freshening up. TV initially didn’t work but Autumn was able to fix it for us. Bed was very soft. Overall the facility was good for one night but I would not choose to stay there for more than that.

I always have a comfortable stay at Country Inn and suites, but i must say they really do need to.replace the old worn out carpet in their hallways. It really takes away from the ambience of the place.

Horrible place to stay
Best thing they can do with this place is shut it down and set it on fire so the local fire cadets can have a place to practice fire fighting. Place had horrible smell. The first room I recieved the furniture was literally turned upside down, every single piece of it. The front desk attendant seemed like it's just normal for the place. He stated "this place is not a good place to stay, it probably had bugs in it."
