The place is very tired and needs TLC, check in was easy, parking was good. Room was in need of paint, patching. Towels and water pressure needs work.

I stayed one night, I was traveling through Virginia. The room just wasn’t clean it is what it is. Lots of stains on furniture, scratches on walls, wear and tear, I understand it is pet friendly, I was traveling with a pet myself but was charged $20 for my 4 pound Pom who could never do any damage to anything and the room was completely damaged from other pets so if y’all charging this extra pet fee where is it going to fix the pee stains on the couch and scra

To be fair it isn't "bad". Amidst the super expensive hotels in the area will over $100 a night i was happy to find one that was "reasonably priced" and also offered breakfast. WHICH THEY ADVERTISE! Fast forward to the next morning no breakfast!

The room was very outdated. We found dirty wash cloths in the bathroom. The bedding was old. Mattress was hard and very uncomfortable. The floors were dirty, feet and socks were black after walking on them.
