YES ! A DUMP! The attendant origionally quoted us $59 per room (2 rooms). I asked about a senoir discount to which she said she could for my room. When it was billed, the rooms were $ 59.99 each. I asked about the senior discount on my room and she sais she gave it to both of us. I got to my room and it looked like there had been a recent fight in the room. The door was not completely shut, and when I entered, I saw the three lampshades all had been damaged as if they had been hit, knocked over, or as in a fight. There was a fist-sized indentation in the wall like damage from a door knob, but the door had a lever-type latch. Finally, the window screen was damaged and pushed out as if someone had fallen against it. The single queen-sized bed was lumpy, broken down, and uncomfortable. I had serious trouble falling asleep. This is a good place to be from...FAR AWAY FROM!

Most of these places are all the same or close, the man running the desk was not the best but room was clean & the stay was uneventful. The best thing I saw here was thus sign, not sure if all super 8 have them but it was nice

Don't stay here! Advertised breakfast, but no breakfast. Had to go ask for soap for bathroom, none in bathroom, no shampoo either. Felt like we were an inconvenience rather than a guest.

Check in went well, the bed did not seem to be a Queen Size as advertised. The television was damaged in the lower left hand portion of the screen prior to my checking in. I did not notify the front desk.
Check out was not as well as check in as no one came to the desk...

There’s nothing quite like waiting until you’re checking in to be told there’s NO breakfast - it’s just not ok. There’s no mention of this on any of their websites - I’ve checked, and my booking definitely states that a breakfast item is included. All they need to do is supply some granola bars, a prepackaged muffin or a piece of fruit for goodness sake - no preparation required. And the only coffee is that sachet in your room. They are just lying to their guests on arrival and stating that they’re doing renovations. Looking back at other reviews they’ve been getting away with this excuse for more than a year. Secondly - they have a combination bath/shower tub in the bathroom. It has a shower head. It has a bath faucet. But it doesn’t have any plug, and when I went to reception to ask about a plug I was again lied to and told it was just a shower. If it looks like a bath, has a bath faucet, then it’s a bath imho. I was so angry by this stage that I looked at cancelling my 15 future bookings at other Wyndham properties. I’ve given this property 3 stars as it’s actually was a decent room to stay in - it was both clean and comfortable, and I would say recently remodelled. It’s such a shame that the managers are lying and not supplying what you’ve paid for. I know these are just little things in the big scheme of life, but at the end of a long day when you’re tired it’s nice to have things run smoothly at check in. And they didn’t in this instance. A couple of small changes would make a big difference. Just come prepared and bring everything yourself. Postnote: I’ve now reduced this to a one star review as it appears he has somehow cancelled my booking a day after we actually stayed there, meaning 0 points yet still charged my c/c

I walk with a cane, so usually try to get a downstairs room. When I checked i, the downstairs rooms were down the stairs, below ground level. The upstairs rooms were up the stairs on another level. The only thing ground level was the check-in. They did finally offer me their only handicapped room, which was outside and around the corner, but the ramp to the room was in front of the motel. So if you parked outside your room, you'd have to walk to the front of the motel to use the handicapped ramp. The door to the room was heavy, clunky and hard to open and my senses were assaulted with heavy air freshener (I wonder what it was covering up?). I had requested a Queen bed, but what I got resembled a Full Size bed, though they insisted it was a queen. I could never get the room temp "just right": it was either too warm or too cool. The TV reception was mediocre with half the listed stations not being available. The Wi-Fi internet was a joke as it kept crashing and making me sign back in. There weren't enough electrical outlets in the room, so I had to unplug a lamp to plug in my CPAP. Breakfast was a joke: juice was hidden under the counter as was the milk. There were two kinds of cereal available: Raisin Bran and Frosted Flakes, but I can't eat sweetened cereal. There were some bagels and some bread for toast, but not a lot of other variety besides frozen sweet rolls. The breakfast area, by the way, was downstairs with no sort of handicapped access. If you use a walker you're screwed! If you're in a wheelchair, YOU'RE SCREWED! In so many ways, the place is not compatible with the Americans with Disabilities act. Lots of money spent on aesthetics, but not enough on practical things, like lipstick on a pig.

Well, I didn’t read reviews first...We needed a place to sleep for the night after 16 hours on the road and this served that purpose. I booked through my Wyndham app using the Go Fast (uses 3000 points for a discounted rate). Apparently I hadn’t selected 2 adults (which has never mattered before at any other hotel I’ve stayed in, btw) and was told upon check in that there would be a $10 additional charge...at 1:00 am after being on the road for the aforementioned 16 hours, it was all good. Not quite sure what that extra $10 was supposed to cover....We did get the extra pillows we asked for, so I guess that was it. It certainly was not the 3 pieces of bread and 4 packs of jelly used by that additional person. It sufficed to give us a decently clean place to sleep for the night, however. When there site says 8 item breakfast, that’s all you get-no hot choices...Bread (somewhat stale), bagels, cereal #1, cereal #2, instant oatmeal packs, cinnamon rolls, muffins, and apples.

We needed a quick place to stay. The price was reasonable but we got to the room and the bed felt like cardboard and was musty. Went to check out at 8 am the next morning and no one was at the desk. For 30 minutes I ran the designated bell and no response.
