Bed was too soft, definitely worn out and sunk into the middle of the bed. Very uncomfortable and when I asked to be moved to another room with a firmer mattress I was told that all mattresses were the same. No elevator to the second floor, stairs only

We had stayed at this Red Lion several years ago, and it was fine. However, it had changed quite a bit since then. Every night there was a lot of noise in the halls and outside the building, close to the room we were in. The price has gone up significantly, like everyone else, but the clientele has gotten a lot sketchier. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful, but there is no breakfast any longer, and the coffee is just so-so. Very disappointed.

The room was clean and spacious. The only thing I didn’t care for is I would prefer the shampoo be in a small container and that there be a bar of soap. Other than that I have no complaints. It’s a nice room.

这家酒店不像广告里说的那样提供婴儿床或游戏围栏。我们到达后不得不支付100美元的押金,但我们当时并不知道这笔押金,而且只能现金支付。到达房间后,我们发现浴室的毛巾上有头发,感觉很不舒服。我们大概到了一个小时后就离开了。
有几个小问题影响了好评:马桶座松了,浴室门关不严,看电视需要人帮忙,肥皂和洗发水泵几乎出不来。这个位置还有很多其他酒店可供选择。
房间勉强过得去,大楼的其他部分感觉破旧不堪。大厅里摆满了旧电视。入口处还堆放着几箱卫生纸。
