Staff was great. Our bathroom shower was on the gross end though. Shower head full of calcium deposits and couldn’t open and close the shower door.

My granddaughter had her 3 year birthday party, so we enjoyed the splash pad and then pool which was awesome. It was a fantastic first time. We’ll be back.

Great atmosphere. Enjoyed the bar, drink menu has plenty to choose from. Breakfast was good and fresh. Pleasant surprise to stay. Gated secure entrance felt very safe staying here.

The room was fine, nothing too fancy, but it was clean. The pool area (which is why we booked this hotel) was phenomenal, out youngest daughter loved it. I really enjoyed the retro look of the hotel and the Fire and Ice hotel restaurant was great. The pizza from the pizzeria was also good.

The shuttle to and from airport was convenient and met are needs while keeping ate vehicle at Hotel while gone

The beds were extremely comfortable! If you plan to swim inside definitely recommend the poolside rooms. My kids LOVED the pool. Starbucks on site is a win. The one at the desk at check in was a delight! This place surprised me and we will be back in the future. Truly an oasis is what my 11 year old said!
