My husband and i reserved a room here on the fly while making a 17 hour drive. We were just looking for a place to rest. The price was good and the reviews were good so we went for it. Someone that owns or works there HAS to be giving these high reviews. I could tell when we pulled in that it was an older establishment. No big deal. When we opened the door we could tell it was very dated. Again, no big deal. But when we stepped into the room the floor felt like it was going to fall thru and the smell was horrific. We were exhausted and just wanted to sleep so we stayed. But we slept on top of the covers because we didnt trust the filthy bedding. The toilet took forever to flush and the room was generally just not clean. We got there about 1130pm at night and left as soon as we woke up. I didnt get much sleep becaue of the smell. I would avoid this place at all costs. Pay the extra 20 or 30 dollars and stay somewhere else.

Old run down motel. Outdated decor. Room smelled terrible. Dirty. Did not stay, got a refund and found another place.

Very ancient. Need to remodel rooms. Also rooms smell like smoke, if the air conditioners and the room is are cleaned properly. The rooms will not smell like smoke from pervious guest. I checked out the same day.

Well worth my stay in Conyers, GA
Accustomed to “run down” America’s Best in western NYS. Bad reputations. Conyers America’s Best far surpassed the expectations of what I’m used to back home. Way to redeem yourself, America’s Best!

It was ok but for the price it was definitely not worth it. The room was not sealed so it was muggy and the floor was sticky.The "Continental" breakfast was an apple, a grano to knowledge ldd

The furniture gave me pause… but the staff was nice. It was completely terrible, but it most certainly is an old property, definitely could benefit from some renovations, & definitely could be cleaner. There was hair in the bathroom/shower that didn’t belong to me. Although the area is quiet, I probably wouldn’t book there in the future; however, if you’re looking for a place to rest your head, if breakfast doesn’t matter to you, & you don’t need a long stay, you might be able to make this work.
