I booked a handicapped room. In my experience this includes an accessible shower. The shower I was given was not accessible and I was unable to shower.

Just not for us. The smell is really what made us return the key. Not a great experience, not even for 1 night but that just might be my opinion. My son and I didn’t feel safe actually. Returned the key and went somewhere else.

Had to ask for multiple rooms due to the non-smoking rooms reeking of cigarette smoke. Then once I finally started moving my stuff into my room several men stood outside their rooms and watched me. As a solo female traveler this hotel was terrifying. I’ve never felt so unsafe before. The manager was very nice and tried to accommodate me by moving me away from all the men lurking outside but at that point I had to just buy a room at a different hotel.
