I've been seeing it.Hotels and Augusta since my house burned and this is the best place there is.It's friendly, it's clean, it's knowledgeable.The staff is fantastic

Visiting family in hospital. Laundry facility really helped. Room was clean and quiet. Community areas were kept clean too. Staff was friendly. I will stay here again.

Easy access to Doctors Hospital. Very quiet. Most guests are doing construction or other jobs so they are in bed early and usually out from the hotel and parking lot by 7am. Nice clean room and common areas.

Disappointing
The check-in was a bit of a hassle, as they had some computer problem. On the first night the person next door to me start blaring music at 4 AM, and finslly left at 6 AM. At the end of my first day I took a cold shower, because I couldn't find a way to make the water warm. Overall, disappointing.

A pass for next time.
The checkin was smooth and the manger was pleasant. However, the elevator and the hallway on the 3rd floor smelled of cat urine (which was ironic as this was not a pet friendly hotel). The air conditioner worked great but the bead was hard as a rock and there was a dead cockroach in our bathroom.

More breakfast options like bagels… other than that it was a great location. I will be back in November.

I stripped my room and found mold under my bed. I took pictures and showed the front desk attendant and she refused to refund me for my stay.

Worst hotel ever. Bed bugs, Roaches, noisy at night, toilet didn’t flush, smelled bad, bed dirty, overall terrible do not live here unless you have no choice
我和我丈夫的入住体验还算可以。办理入住手续的那位女士非常友善。房间还可以，床也还可以。唯一的问题是电视老是收不到台，只能看Roku频道。早餐需要更多健康的选择。做早餐的那位男士一直盯着我看，让我有点不舒服。我们大概率不会再来了。感谢前台的那位女士。
