The facilities need a major upgrade inside and out. I expected a better breakfast. I had troubles with the room keys not registering with the doors. Need easier access to the lobby when needed because it had to be unlocked to check in.

Worst stay ever
It was bar none the worst stay i have ever had. Starting with the libby being locked continually...even in middle if the day, the attendant spoke no English and kept calling a third party to answer quwstions. The room appeared clean until i walked on the floior n in white socks that turned black from dirt. The phone was not working....not able to use at all. There was dirty linen in bathroom. The airconditioning made the room feel damp so did not sleep much. The pictures on yoyr site of this place are not accurate. It was a horrible experience.

No parking spaces in front of room, hosue keeping woke me up early just to see if i was still there

Look Somewhere Else!
The room smelled like urine; the toilet ran on and off all the time and the floors were absolutely filthy. Attached is a picture of the white socks I wore while in the room. The entire hotel is in need of renovation. I guess you get what you pay for. Don't waste your money.

酒店回复: Before you stayed some other Guest Stayed, After you Stayed another Guest Stayed...we had no problem, what did you do with the toilet and what did you put in, in the night time you came asking for plunger. You wasted our towels for the mistake of yours. Thanks for your Stay...!

The room was clean and bed was nice. The building is worn but room was good. Staff , super nice. You park outside your door, we had talkers coming in late. That was only issue.

The surrounding area is not great and I don’t like that the access door to the room is exterior. Guests above us were not overly loud but I could still hear them walking around. Room was clean and check in easy and friendly. There was a free breakfast - donuts, bagels coffee.
