Easy check in, clean & updated room. We were worried b/c we had seen a bad past experience from someone on a page we follow but we were just fine. Was very affordable for a game wkend. Nice little breakfast in the morning as well.

Upon entering the room, it smelled of cleaning chemicals. My luggage smelled like it when I got home. The hairdryer had a piece of hair on it and was dirty. The sheets had spotted stains on them. Additionally, when we came in at night and it was late, we tried to use the exterior door closer to our room with our room key and it would not open. It would not open for the people behind us with their key either.

Room was not very clean, one overhead light kept blinking on and off. Seat on toilet was completely loose on one side so sliding all around.

Dirty. Torn carpet. Poor parking. TV would not work. Stay in Columbia often but will choose other locations in the future.

I didnt have much of a choice on where to stay. It was Dad's weekend at Mizzou and Texas A & M was in town so all the hotels were booked. If I wanted to stay in Columbia, this was my only choice...at $400 a night no less.
The staff were friendly enough but the place is a dump. There was mold in the bathroom, the toilet was leaking, and there were holes in the window shades. The pictures on ******* make it looks much nicer than it is.
There were some rooms opening up due to cancellations and I almost cancelld this room and paid more for another place, but I didnt want to to through the trouble. I wish I would have found those other rooms. I would have paid the extra $100 a night to not stay in this place.

The room was definitely big enough to sleep all 6 of us. That being said, the room was dirty. One of the toilets had not been cleaned, there were stains on one of the comforters and there were holes in the wall. We didn't pay much for this room, which is what I wanted, but the room should at least feel clean.

Breakfast was white bread and waffles. No eggs, meat, potatoes, etc. Just garbage cereal. The shower head did not allow water to come out. The safety rails on the shower were wobbly and a danger to use. We paid for 2 nights and left after the 1st night and drove to St. Louis and paid for a good room. Yes, it was that bad.
