我预订这家酒店是因为它离维利奇斯很近，打算住两晚。网上的图片显示，这家酒店虽然简朴，但干净整洁。

然而，我们实际体验到的却是一场噩梦。停车场停满了摩托车和18轮大卡车。一些客人坐在自带的折叠椅上，坐在房间外面。考虑到当时已经晚上11点，而且我们长途跋涉后筋疲力尽，我们犹豫了一下才办理入住。

去房间的路上，我们经过了好几间其他的房间。有些房间安静昏暗，有些房间的门还开着，可以看到有人睡在床上，更多的人坐在自带的折叠椅上，到处都很吵闹。对于只想安静睡一觉的人来说，这实在是太令人不舒服了。

我们进了房间，立刻关上门并锁好，却发现地板和浴室都很脏，而且房门也不像我们想象的那么安全。我们决定不能继续住下去，入住几分钟后就退房了。退房时工作人员态度很客气，之后我们也很快收到了取消预订的邮件。

然而，账单上却始终没有扣除这笔费用。我原本期望至少能收到一晚的房费退款，但什么也没收到。我向*******提出申诉，但酒店方面拒绝让步。

总之，千万不要入住这家酒店。它既不安全，也不干净，而且客户服务很差。

We stay at this hotel about once a year. There have been a lot of improvements over the past few years. It is convenient right off of I-75. The stall is friendly & helpful. The breakfast was disappointing. Self made waffles & cold biscuits with so-so gravy. No eggs, meat

We got to the front desk to check in but waited some time because there was nobody there. Another guest came and called the desk, and I guess she heard the phone ringing from the back and finally came out. All the room amenities were working except the bathroom exhaust fan. The hotel is located near a truck stop, so the noise from semi trucks coming and going can be heard up to late at night and as early as 4:00 a.m.. I would have liked to have known that before I picked to stay here.

Room was clean. Staff was quick to respond to requests for additional supplies or towels. Front desk staff were courteous. Amenities in the room were all working except for the bathroom exhaust fan.

From check-in to check-out the customer service and interaction with the staff was great! The young lady who checked us in and out was fast and efficient. She was pleasant and she helped us find a place that was fantastic to have dinner.
