Liked the mirror. Alarm went off on its own around 430 am. That ******. Could hear the fridge all night like running water. Comfy bed. Horrible breakfast. Barely any signage to know where to go. You have to go through a few parking lots of other business. But over all 3 stars. Cuz comfy bed

Bathroom very dated and not very clean. The beds were comfortable. Front desk clerk was helpful. Breakfast was basic continental. Won't rush back.

We checked in to property to find two dead cockroaches We asked to change rooms to be told sold out and would offer a 50% refund As all hotels in area were sold out we went back to the room
When we pulled bedsheets back there were loads of live cockroaches running around
We went back to reception to complain and was told oh we will refund your money We are still waiting for refund We then had to drive over two hours to find another hotel
PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

Room was clean, friendly staff. Good for a one night stay, close to Renfro Valley Entertainment Center. Nothing fancy but affordable. Air conditioning was very cold.

这张床棒极了，睡上去就像睡在棉花糖上一样舒服。我特别喜欢房间的装饰，墙上有一幅横跨整个房间的海景画。我一进门就感受到了热情的欢迎，因为床单上写着“Hello sunshine”。这个小创意很可爱。很明显酒店正在翻新，有些地方还需要再调整一下。目前还没有吹风机和熨斗，但却有熨衣板。房间里可以再多一个垃圾桶和一盒纸巾。毛巾又软又新，但浴缸需要更换了，因为它已经出现了一个洞，用胶带给贴上了。公共洗衣房里的制冰机和洗衣烘干机都坏了，看起来他们正在努力修理这些设备。早餐有点不均衡，提供了华夫饼、吐司面包、贝果、奶油芝士和谷物麦片。如果能再加点水果和燕麦片就好了。再加点鸡蛋和肉类就更好了。尽管有这些不足，我仍然觉得这家酒店潜力巨大，值得再次入住。
由于天气原因，我们原定要去的场地取消了。由于冬季风暴，我们也没能成行，但我们每次去银鹰会场都会住在这里，这里环境和服务都很棒。
