Room was clean staff was nice However the phone service afterwards we tried to call and spoke to Joleyne who was AI and gave us wrong desk numbers adn had us call oregon new york and was unable to connect us to the front desk of our hotel

Room was clean and breakfast was simple. Outdated room. We needed our room cleaned when we left one morning. We got back around 2:30 and still wasn’t done. Asked front desk to contact housekeeping and were told to go upstairs and find them ourselves to ask to clean. We also needed to print something and after struggling for 10 minutes we quit when WiFi wouldn’t connect to printer. Front desk watched us struggle and didn’t help. Otherwise check in and out was smooth and area is convenient.

If I have a reason to stay in the area, I will stay there again.

Our room was clean and it was a quiet peaceful stay after a long day of traveling. We would stay here again
