The room was excellent—clean, comfortable bed, excellent shower (big and able to set water temp without getting soaked. Someone put some thought into the placement of the water handle!)
The A/C was a little loud.
My husband was not impressed with the prepared hot breakfast options—scrambled eggs & pork sausage links. He expects potatoes. biscuits & gravy. They had instant oatmeal, several cold cereal options, a selection of yogurt types & flavors, bagels, a big muffin, apples, oranges, bananas. A wide assortment of toppings like raisins, cranberries, br sugar, coconut, almonds, walnuts, etc.

Every staff member that we encountered was so welcoming, polite and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed during our 5 day stay. Would 10/10 recommend and stay there again

第一个房间（423号房）窗帘上有血迹，房间里还有一股难闻的气味。我下楼后，Crystal帮我解决了这个问题，并给我换了另一个房间。非常感谢Crystal的帮助。早餐的选择非常糟糕，咖啡里有谷物，不过松饼还不错。
我们抵达时，前台接待人员态度冷淡，似乎不太会办理入住手续，这对于前台来说很奇怪。而且，当晚我们就发现房间的空调根本没法用，而入住时并没有人告知我们这一点。我不会再入住这家酒店了。
晚上9点到达，系统出故障，没有房间。工作人员很友善，但是******。
早上服务的女士开了一个不愉快的玩笑，然后说这是为了看看人们对食物的反应。
