Swim up bar and restaurant next to it made it so easy to get food and drinks when you needed. Staff was super friendly and always greeted you with a smile. Salvador, Luis, Nataly, and Hannel were always around when we needed something. Entertainment was handled by Yohan, Queen Red, Mari, and Pricilla and they made sure everyone was always having fun and made us feel so welcome.

This property has such a relaxing ambience, a great selection of music and shows. The staff are exceptional. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. They treat you like royalty. Our anniversary was well spent at this resort. Our Butler, David was on point every time. He kept us posted on the daily events and prepared our day. We will be back.

靠谱不踩雷全包酒店 餐厅里的饭都不错
酒店本身很好但通过携程订的话不出问题没事，一出问题就找不到人能帮忙解决了，携程跟酒店相互踢皮球。比如我们因为航空原因晚到 携程不给往后延一天入住 等我们到酒店住完走的时候酒店都说如果是直接跟酒店订的可以给延。携程不给延期也不给退款
圣诞假期和朋友去的，选择的理由是这家酒店相对比较新，按照度假酒店的标准，还算是可以的，全包价其实包含的比较少，携程上写的许多免费项目，到了酒店都需要自费，服务还是不错的，酒店的食物也很赞，整体来说除了贵没毛病
我唯一的不满就是房间的卫生，其他都挺好的。
食物简直糟糕透顶。太恶心了。
