We got in the property, I found 2 big bugs, and long hair in the pillows.. immediately went to ask for a different room, wich it was smelling like a cigar bar, right entry.. i asked for my reimbursement since I left immediately after this issues. And the property doesn’t want to give my money back!!

I am disappointed that Travelodge no longer has breakfast of any kind. The $100 security deposit is also a bit much .

Wasn’t expecting much…and they under-delivered
Check-in went quickly, but the person working didn’t seem to like their job. Got into the room and were immediately hit with a pungent smell. If I didn’t know any better, I’d say the carpets and furniture are all original to when this place was built like 50 years ago. Just gross! The bed linens were stained so I asked to have them changed and they put us in another room instead because there were no staff to change sheets. New room would be upstairs, and there’s no elevator! This ****** because I was playing a gig, and I had to lug all my equipment up the stairs to the new room. Walked into the new room, same damn smell. The place was so old and run down, we seriously checked for bedbugs before we’d get into the bed. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the a/c unit was obnoxiously loud. Got hardly any sleep. Got up early and left as fast as we could. We had zero interest in trying out the shower. Ish! The whole point of getting a room here was to keep my costs down as musicians don’t make that much to begin with, and to save myself a 4 hour drive in the wee hours of the morning. I’ll drive next time before I stay in ANY Travelodge. This place should be demo’d or gutted and remodeled. It’s a company embarrassment!
