The room and bathroom, the hallways were spotless but my TV wouldn't work, the coffee maker didnt work and i had to turn the refrigerator off to sleep because it was so noisy. The staff was friendly.

We live 4.5 hrs away and often go to slc for concerts. We dont need anything fancy just a safe place to sleep before driving home. Weve stayed here a few times before and no complaints but this time was different. Its gone downhill. The elevator make scary sus sounds like its breaking. The room was dirty. There was nut shells in the furniture, stains on the carpet, blood drops on the sheets, damage to walls and shower, dirty furniture. The area is decent and staff was friendly but the room just felt gross. We checked out first thing. Wont be staying again. Disappointing bc price is good but not worth the uncleanliness.

Room was nice, staff was friendly, the location was convenient and not sketchy. Would have preferred better lighting in parking lot. All in all the best price for value that i have ever had at a hotel, would choose to stay there again without a doubt.

Disappointed

Hot water only worked few days as I stayed 3 weeks. Ask for room service while I was out never got done. Sink backed up smell like sewage. Staff were nice but there were too many issues.

Horrible stay and disrespectful management

I stayed for four nights without hot water. Management did not want to talk to me and left it to the person at the front desk to tell me that there would be "no reimbursements for any of the guests". There was clear water damage from issues in the past and the current solution was a large waste bin in the hallway to catch water from a leaking pipe. Additionally back door lock is broken so anyone can walk into the building.

Surprisingly roomy

I am surprised at the roominess. There was everything I needed. Check in was easy and I had a quiet nights sleep. The stay was great. Thank you.
