The website said free breakfast and pet friendly. There was no breakfast, the grumpy check in person didn't know where we could get breakfast (Google gave us several choices close by), they didn't allow cats, and the room smelled nasty.

We have stayed in many previous chain hotel/motels now owned by a private individual and had no problems. But when i asked the check-in clerk if it was owned by an individual or not, he got really rude. Then I asked about the advertised breakfast, he "No, for what you paid, you can afford to go out and eat." After those two statements, I asked for a refund to go somewhere else. He refused a refund. The room was good, clean and of course old but nice and comfortable. Everything worked, except the Wi-Fi was very slow. So between a close walk to Taco Bell for dinner and McDonald's for breakfast, we survived.

I’ll never stay again One of the staff at the lobby is ok But another lady that works night shift is ****** The hotel rooms smells really bad The bed is unkempt The hotel is cheap however The air condition is noisier that the subway trains in Harlem

Shady, shady place. They took our reservation and money, but REFUSED to give us a room. They said no dog was on the reservation (it was) so they gave away all the dog rooms to families without pets, they also have a VERY shady CASH ONLY additional cleaning fee. You can not get this money back until you wait for your room to be cleaned and inspected, and those do not start prior to 9 a.m. but they also won't guarantee a 9 a.m. cleaning. Then it is still unlikely you will get your money back, regardless. If you need to leave before 9 a.m. - you automatically forfeit your cash cleaning fee that they won't give a receipt for. They told Days Inn corporate they don't have a policy like this, so corporate refuses a refund too, even with the image provided with this review and a video of us being turned away. HORRIBLE PLACE. Refuses refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.

Great place to stay clean rooms friendly staff couldn't ask for more I loved it here I recommend staying here to everyone I promise you want regret staying here quick access to the interstate place to eat right beside the motel I love it here
