The first room we were put in was nice, but the bathroom was in really rough shape. I pulled back the shower curtain and it looked as if someone had thrown up into the tub. (Was told it was probably plaster from a “fix”). The next room we were put in, the fridge was off and when we turned it on the refrigerator leaked everywhere, but the everything else was really nice. We just put a towel under the fridge to soak up the water. The breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about….frozen burrito, small muffin, or cereal. For a budget hotel, it was nicer than most.

Room was clean, air conditioning worked well and front desk staff was very nice. However, there was a problem with housekeeping not putting clean towels in room when cleaning. Breakfast was adequate.

Tub slow to drain, very limited breakfast items, have to put your dirty towels out in the hallway to be picked up by housekeeping.

To begin with the hotel looks nothing like the pictures posted. When we opened our doors to the room you could see paper and dust bunnies on the floor. Floor was absolutely filthy.

From a straight forward customer: Check in was Great! Sarah was great. She made it very easy. We got to the room and there were spider webs on the desk. There was a hole punched in the bathroom door that was not fixed. Paint from the ceiling was chipping into the bathroom floor. We would have asked for a refund but truthfully was to tired to deal with it. I did talk with Sarah about it. She stated to leave a review and it would help. someone maybe offer some upgrades to the place or fix the issues she has asked about. The next morning the new lady at the front desk boyfriend was hanging out with her the next morning. He smelled like ****, She struggled keeping breakfast stocked. She heated up her personal food in the microwave for several minutes while customers waited to use it. The breakfast was terrible, with little to choose from. She had her head phones in while I was trying to get her attention to have an extra room key from her. The pool was great, but small. We did enjoy that. I feel like this hotel was a rough hotel for the beautiful city of Hot Springs. Definitely not worth the money we paid.

The TV did not work but some weird kind of way tried to get help and nothing was done or nobody knew what to do about it. It was a good room, but the staff is lacking part of making it better.
