The staff was very friendly and responsive. Parking was readily available. The hotel was clean and comfortable!

I come to visit my sister who lives in Yuma from California and I stay at your hotel a lot and of always had friendly customer service and always clean and efficient! I love staying there because it’s close by my sister and the only reason I don’t stay with her is because she does not have her house set up for guest yet

There was a dirty towel left hanging in our room. It was behind the door, so I am sure it was left by accident. The room was clean otherwise. The hallways were not very clean, but the room was all I cared about. The staff was GREAT!! Very helpful and went above and beyond to help us!

果汁机坏了。
酸奶机坏了。
烤面包机没有烤贝果的选项。
香肠饼干巴巴的，像纸板一样。
酒店的其他方面都很棒。
我给出差评的原因是，由于某些原因，我们无法抵达酒店。我打电话取消预订，但被告知不行，这是酒店的规定。前台工作人员态度也很差。我因此损失了近200美元。我联系的那位女士也尝试与酒店沟通，但酒店仍然没有通融的余地。这完全无法接受，我以后绝不会再入住这家酒店。
床很硬。房间很干净，但早餐糟透了。我等了20分钟才等到炒蛋。早餐肉是空的，30分钟后也没补上。他们确实有一些饼干和肉汁，但我不喜欢。橙汁是清澈的，所以我猜他们卖完了。体验很差。以后不会再住了。
整个酒店，包括我的房间，都弥漫着浓重的烟味。
