Room was filthy. Carpets were beyond disgusting. Bugs in the room. Was scared to get a shower. Charge me $160 for absolute filth. Smelled musty. I’m washing my clothes and bag in hot water as soon as I get home.

There were numerous dead and alive big black crickets in our room AND in the subsequent room we were given. The response from the unhelpful gentleman at the front desk was, “Well, It’s cricket season in Texas”. If they know there’s an issue, why don’t they take care of it? It’s called pest control! We left and went to another hotel that did NOT have the cricket problem.
We did not end up staying at Days Inn yet they are refusing to issue me a refund. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. How can they justify keeping my money when we didn’t stay there due to the cricket infestation? They are not a good business to deal with.

The GFI (where the hairdryer was hardwired) was not operating. Staff did have a spare for me. Other electrical receptacles were not working. The desk chair could not be raised from lowest seating height. No extra chairs available. The area, and our room, was inundated with crickets, but there were no roaches. A/C worked great, and the bed was comfortable.

经理极其粗鲁无礼,漠不关心。我入住的三间客房,我都有钥匙,其中两间在我入住后竟然给了别人。直到我家人凌晨两点半到达,发现我们拿到钥匙的房间里住着其他人,我才弄清楚。房间一点也不干净,房间状况稍微整理了一下后,我们发现残疾人客房的床很脏。我们要求换干净床单,却被告知没有干净床单。
床周围和床底下脏得一塌糊涂。浴室的地板和墙壁上沾满了呕吐物。没有咖啡杯或水杯,前台让我自己去早餐区拿。我们搬家打包行李累得筋疲力尽,所以我自己打扫了浴室,解决了问题。但我们再也不会住那里了,也不会推荐给任何人。
员工很棒……尤其是客房清洁人员和他们的主管!真是个亲切、礼貌、细心的女士!以后肯定还会再住这里!

员工不友好。房间潮湿发霉。房间地毯很脏。大堂里摆放着一些奇怪的艺术品。不推荐。
房间破旧不堪,外面杂草丛生,需要修剪。自动售货机里什么也没有。
