Great and Convenient location and Facilities, Assigned room wasn’t cleaned up and ready upon arrival and I returned to the office and they swiftly moved me to another room and supplied me with the extra bed pillows that I needed. Very helpful and accommodating staff, Clean although Dated Facilities were very comfortable and quiet 🤫. We will be returning in the future.

Towels were dirty when I took up front the floor towel from bathroom had foot prints from shoes on it and wash cloth was dirty when I took it to the front desk and asked for clean ones she had the nerve to tell me it’s for the floor it will be ok. I paid for a room that’s suppose to be clean. I shouldn’t have to go buy towels or amenities like soap and shampoo this is all supposed to be supplied and clean come on get it together breakfast was horrible cereal and waffle no hot breakfast the guy on the second day was more nicer Saturday afternoon than the lady who checked me in on Friday he gave me clean towels with questioning or telling me anything

Akira was awesome. The other girl was pretty rude to me and all I asked for was an extra pillow. I found out later that she had complained about me to another associate. I am a god fearing woman and I love everybody but I also am in customer service and that is not what I would expect from a fellow customer service employee.

Non-smoking rooms reeked of cigarette smoke. We tried two rooms and then asked for a refund. There are two charges on my credit card. Waiting for refund for both. My friends’ rooms smelled worse. In the second one, the toilet paper holder was almost pulled off the wall and the bathtub looked like someone had taken a mud bath in it. Apparently, this location is used by construction crews and has been trashed.
