We had a wonderful room with an amazing view at a more than reasonable price, the coffee was actually decent, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We’ll be spending our anniversary here for years to come for sure! 😊

The rooms were great. The lady in the breakfast room was rude. There was 7 of us 3 Adults and 4 kids, 13, 7, 5 and 2. We waited right outside the entrance door for a table, when we got a table I waited for the 1 waffle iron that you have and started making waffles as I started the 3rd waffle I was told I had to let the other people use the waffle maker. I am sorry that I had a large group but I booked 2 rooms and was totally entitled to make waffles for my family!! What made the other guest more important,

Great view of the bridge. Great staff. Breakfast area was very crowded so we didn’t try it. Room was great.

We had 3 rooms, 100, 200 and 219, but room 219 had dirty napkins and crumbs in the trundle bed and a juice box was left in the room behind the desk. We were not given more towels or washcloths while we were out on our 2nd day. The AC worked perfectly and the view was amazing. The staff at the desk were very helpful with suggestions on places to eat and with getting discounted tickets to the ferry to go to Mackinaw Island.
