Very nice place. Carpets need to be cleaned! But was a very safe area. Im at the Garden Inn in Medford. Place is nice. The area is crap! Hopefully my car isn’t broken into!

Extremely clean, beautiful and friendly hotel!!
One of the nicest and friendliest hotels I’ve ever stayed in, truly genuine people running this hotel. My King room was very spacious, clean and quiet, loved my 3 night stay visiting friends, shopping and thoroughly enjoyed the many many amazing restaurants around.

Everything was great, our only complaint is the quality of toilet paper was too thin and Kleenex was like blowing nose with sandpaper!

Loved our river view room. The balcony was huge and a great place to enjoy some peace and quiet, just don’t forget the bug spray I got eaten up! The staff was extremely helpful and nice. We had breakfast there and the food was great and the waitress made our stay!! We were trying to figure out where we wanted to adventure to that day, never been to that area, and she gave us directions of hotsprings to enjoy in the area and the best spots to see. Looking forward to our next stay!

Enjoyable stay
Great location, near restaurants and wonderfully situated next to the river for a scenic walk. Hotel was comfortable and clean and staff was great.

只所以卫生服务给差评，是因为我入住3天，前两天居然没有人做房间卫生，虽然第二天一早致电前台，中午两次提醒服务员，可下午回来仍然没有房间卫生。后到前台投诉，勉强更换毛巾，清理了垃圾桶。
但客观的说环境不错，旁边有条河风景也不错，但逛街或购物一定要有车出门，太热啦！
对于您为这家酒店收取的价格来说，这是一家马马虎虎的酒店。没有什么花哨。床非常不舒服，不是免费的早餐很糟糕，甚至咖啡都是冷的！工作人员非常友好，但没有这个价格应该给顾客的高档感觉。我相信，既然你们是这个地区唯一的酒店，你们就抬高了价格。
